New | So Gold 2.0 Now Open

Brooklyn, NY - March 21st, 2023

With the new year, we decided it was time to upgrade our studio into something even more magical. Located two blocks away from our original studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, So Gold 2.0 opened its doors on March 21st, 2023 — Complete with a larger jewelry lobby with custom designed displays and a fine jewelry case, two large piercing rooms with custom archway doors to provide maximum comfortability and privacy, and the space to have two piercers on most days!

Our goal will always be to provide quality one-on-one time during your appointment with your piercer and have structured our new home to feel like a slice of home. During the day, our studio is brightened with natural sunlight and a plethora of plants and greenery tucked in every corner. We really wanted our storefront to incorporate a mix of old tattoo shop motifs, with window painting done in 23k gold by Tina Fino.

You may have noticed our new logo and visuals online — We decided our new studio was the perfect time to update our branding to truly reflect our experience.

In addition, we have brought on a new team member! Vicki Rose comes with 15 years of experience in safe piercing and with a passion for continued education. Vicki takes pride in performing piercings for body reclamation in a body positive and gender-inclusive environment.
